How to get the correct fit : 

You must put on whatever you want to wear under this vest and please use a cloth tape to measure the circumference of your chest. If the measurement is an even number add 2 to get the next even number. If the number you get is an odd number add 2" or 3" to get the next even number. The general rule is order the next even number

General Rule

Since our sizes run small: If the chest measurement is 46 order size XL or larger. If the measurement you get is 47, order size XL. (If your belly is bigger than your chest then go by belly measurement).
