How to get the correct fit :
You must put on whatever you want to wear under this vest and please use a cloth tape to measure the circumference of your chest. If the number you get is an odd number add 1 to get the next even number. The general rule is order the next even number. If the measurement is 46 order 48. If the measurement you get is 47, order size 48. (If your belly is bigger than your chest then go by belly measurement).
So the general rule is to order at least 1" bigger than your chest or belly measurement.
